No running today because of an early meeting. I'm looking forward to a long run this weekend though, at least 10 miles. I got a clean bill of health after Monday's CAT scan for more kidney stones...the official report...I have no more of those pesky coral urchin-like beasts...thanks for all the prayers.

Good news about the stones! Bad news about the run. I, too, run at work and I fully sympathize. In fact, I likely won't get to run tomorrow due to a pesky thing called Jury Duty. I had thought about running during the lunch break, but I'm afraid I wouldn't have time to change before & after! That'd be interesting though, everyone seeing me run back into the courthouse.
